Saturday, May 20, 2006 13th may saturday my dad's birthday
i woke up early and went to the supermarket..-like a housewife-...to buy stuff coz i was gonna bake that day.i wanted to bake my dad a cake, but he hates cakes..[how convieneint!]..haha. except for cheesecake! mm, every normal human thing loves cheesecake, so i decided to take on the challenge and make it.. but b4 that, i made oatmeal and raisin cookies which are suitable for diabetics [for my grannie and uncle]..then i did the cheesecake and it all turned out pretty well.. i was impressed wid my cheesecake coz it was my first try. my mum was so in love wid it.. well, wad can i sae.. im a born natural!! haha..okok, anywae, ya..so i was done by four..and i took a marathon shower and was dressed by 4.30. went to my aunt's place..we were celebrating momsie's day that night too.. so, my aunt and i planned to give my darling grannie a scrapbook of photographs of all her memories from before her marriage to the birth of my mom and me!! haha..and alot of other events that we have celebrated.. each pic came wid a caption.. and we spent 2.5 hrs on it. and my aunt did marathon makeup and we left..
the party was great..my grandma is not as innocent as she looks, trust me.. i just realised my grandma has a major thing for wine.. and not just any wine somemore u noe..only australian red wine..wah!! not bad ah.. haha..and of coz, i was the only grandchild who got a glass of wine..okay, i wunt lie..three glasses..[maybe a bit more?? cant rmb lah.] but of coz everyone things i drank one lah..haha.. ahem..im innocent okay.. anywae, ya..then no one listened to anything i said after that.. everyone said..''shut up div, ur drunk?'' wtf..but seriously ah, i din noe that australian red wine tasted so good. its like sweeter than other wines..mm..not nad ah, my grnnie..she has good taste.haha.. then we made her tell us abt her marriage and all..and how she met my grandad.. she was like super blushing lah..it was os funny k. i tell u, my grandma looked os pretty when i was going thry all her photos..[its in the genes lah]..haha..joking.. ya, and i cant rmb wad time we left the place coz we were all watching tv and the music was blasting and we were playing games and stuff.. all i noe is that i couldnt wake up on sunday morning..oh well, i had fun..loads of fun..
